Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of cloud9results.com (the "Site"), operated by Grayson Realty LLC d/b/a Cloud9Results ("Cloud9Results", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, booking a call, or submitting your information, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in any unauthorized way.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, video, graphics, logos and marks, is owned by or licensed to Cloud9Results and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without our written permission.

3. No Guarantee of Results

Any examples, case studies, or figures presented on the Site are illustrative and are not a promise or guarantee of results. Individual outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort, market, and circumstances.

4. Refund Policy

Every System-Run Sprint comes with a 10 day refund window. If you ask for a refund on or before day 10 of your Sprint, you get every dollar back for any reason, no questions asked. After day 10, payments are not refundable. The full terms of each engagement are set out in the client agreement signed at the start of the Sprint.

5. Bookings & Communications

By submitting your information or booking a call, you consent to be contacted by Cloud9Results by phone, email, or SMS regarding your inquiry. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to or embed third-party tools (such as scheduling or analytics services). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cloud9Results will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

9. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you agree to the jurisdiction of those courts.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
